Gabriel & Abigail are the (guest) guardian angel twins (brother and sister angelic duo of “Little Angels for Little People”) and are about seven-years-old. Created on the Angels Worlds, they were sent on assignment to the Land of I forest to be Guardian Angels and to comfort the inhabitants while helping them deal with their fears.
They are not a "normal" set of Angel Twins. Abigail is perfect, but Gabriel was mistakenly gifted with more Human Understanding than Angelic Goodness. He tends to hit trees when flying and has problems with his invisible-at-will skills. He’s messy, filled with human love and understanding, and adores his twin sister, Abigail.
Gabriel and Abigail are members of the Angel Baseball Team and can usually be found wearing their baseball hats. Their clothes are little angel nightgowns and they proudly wear their earned "Wings of Gold" pins. Abigail prefers ballet slippers, while Gabriel always wears his baseball sneakers.
Gabriel is much more human, more little boy than angel. ("Dennis the Menace" type character.) He's messy, has more human kindness and understanding than angelic goodness, and adores his twin sister, Abigail. He's charming and his enthusiasm is endearing. Gabriel likes sports (especially baseball and flying) experimenting with his chemistry set and living on the edge. His baseball hat is usually askew. Gabriel is more emotional than logical.
He's competitive, occasionally argumentative with the tendency to blame others, and isn't a good loser. He's a collector of baseball cards and likes to pick flowers. He talks a lot and has a sense of humor, which shows up in riddles, practical jokes, and nonsense words. He can sometimes be a tattletale, and finds it a little difficult to share. His bedroom is always messy. Gabriel has some difficulty in starting things, but will persist to the end once he's started something.
Gabriel's angel skills are less than perfect. He can fly pretty well most of the time, but he has the tendency to stop short and sometimes crashes into trees. His invisible-at-will skills also aren't perfect. Gabriel tries to be a good guardian, but he is easily distracted. However, Gabriel comes through when the going gets tough, as on the day he saved Abigail from falling to her death when they were competing for their "Wings of Gold" in their book Little Angels for Little People (Gabriel and Abigail's Story). Gabriel blows a mean trumpet.
